We produce coconut shell charcoal in Coimbatore, India, and export it in containers to buyers in Tamil Nadu and other markets worldwide. Most of what leaves our plant is sold under private labels—because we care more about helping our partners' brands grow than seeing our own name on the bag.
Credent Exports produces coconut shell charcoal briquettes at our own facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu — inside South India's coconut belt. Being there matters: the shell travels a short distance and arrives fresh enough to carbonize cleanly, which is where most of the quality difference in this product is decided.
We are not an intermediary buying from third-party kilns and re-labelling. When a Specification has to change, a laboratory result has to be produced, or a shipping date has to move, the decision is made in our own plant rather than passed down a chain. For a buyer signing a repeat-supply agreement in Tamil Nadu, that is the whole difference between a promise and a process.
These are 4 markets and four sets of buying criteria for buyers in Tamil Nadu. Each page carries the Specification, formats and ordering detail for that market
Long burning, smokeless, no chemical taste. For retail BBQ brands and grilling lines.
Steady, even heat for tandoors, wood-fired ovens and slow-cook menus.
Predictable burn and scheduled contracts for hotels, restaurants and catering.
Sulphur under 0.1% and a fifth of coal’s ash, for furnaces and boilers.
Shape and format are commercial decisions. The chemistry underneath does not change.
Nobody in Tamil Nadu signs a container order on a photograph. These are the four things every serious enquiry ends up testing.
One raw material, one sourcing belt, one production line. The sample you approve is what the third container still does.
Printing, bag and carton formats, barcodes and market labelling produced here. Your brand leaves our plant finished, not repacked later.
fixed carbon above 75%, calorific value over 7,000 kcal/kg, sulphur under 0.1%.
Laboratory analysis, certificate of origin, and all required shipping documents are prepared and provided with the shipment.
Coconut shell is agricultural waste, not felled timber. Buyers reporting on sustainable sourcing can defend the purchase.
Most of our output ships under somebody else's name. You supply the artwork and the requirement; we handle production, printing, packing and the export documentation.
That covers more than a printed bag. Specification, dimensions, pack size, carton count, and market labelling are all set by you. Brands in Malaysia, Germany and Australia already run their entire charcoal line this way, and several of them started with a single 20ft container. The same private-label model is available to partners in Tamil Nadu.
Minimum one 20ft container, mixed products allowed, quoted Ex-Factory, FOB, CFR or CIF to Tamil Nadu. Payment 50% T/T after the proforma invoice, balance against draft B/L.
