Credent Exports produces coconut shell charcoal briquettes at our own facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu — inside South India's coconut belt. Being there matters: the shell travels a short distance and arrives fresh enough to carbonize cleanly, which is where most of the quality difference in this product is decided.
We are not an intermediary buying from third-party kilns and re-labelling. When a Specification has to change, a laboratory result has to be produced, or a shipping date has to move, the decision is made in our own plant rather than passed down a chain.
