Most charcoal in world trade begins with a tree. Ours begins with a shell that would otherwise be burned in the open or dumped. Coconut shell is a by-product of the copra and desiccated coconut industry — the fruit is harvested for food, and the shell is what remains.
This is not a claim we added later to suit a trend. It is the reason the business exists in this form: a dense, high-carbon raw material that nobody else wanted, sitting in surplus a short distance from our plant. Turning it into fuel is the whole idea.

A sample box goes out by courier. You burn it yourself and check ash, burn time and behaviour against whatever you are buying today.
Proforma invoice with an agreed shipping window. Production starts on 50% T/T; the balance is against draft B/L. No surprises after that point.
Every container after the first ships to the same specification. If it ever does not, we investigate the batch and replace it.
