Discover Our OEM Capabilities and Solutions
Most of what we produce leaves Coimbatore under somebody else's name. You send the specification, artwork and pack requirement; we handle carbonization, pressing, printing and export documentation from a single facility, so nothing gets diluted by a third-party production step in between. This isn't a value-add on top of a standard product — it's how we run production by default. Dimensions, carton count, moisture and ash limits, and market-specific labelling are all set by you, not offered as a fixed template. Brands across Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East already ship their entire charcoal line this way, several of them starting with a single container.
There's no minimum brand history or existing volume required to start. First-time importers building a private label from scratch work with us the same way established brands do — the specification sheet is what defines the relationship, not the size of the order. If your artwork isn't export-ready yet, we can also guide you on what regulatory labelling your destination market requires, so the first container doesn't get held up at customs over a formatting issue.
Once a specification is locked, it stays locked. The same briquette that shipped in container one is what ships in container twenty, because it's coming off the same line, from the same raw material, under the same process — not re-sourced from a different kiln when volumes go up.
Plenty of suppliers will put your logo on their standard product and call it OEM. That is a sticker, not a brand. What separates a charcoal line that sells from one that sits on a shelf is usually the specification and the format, not the artwork — and both of those are decisions you should be making, not us.
So the starting question we ask is not “what does your logo look like”. It is what shelf you are selling from, what price point you are hitting, and what your customers complain about with their current charcoal. From there we work backwards to a shape, an ash tolerance, a burn time and a pack size that actually lands there.
Everything after that happens on one site. Production, printing, packing, batch testing and export documentation are not subcontracted, which is why a change to your carton count does not need a week of phone calls to arrange.
Six things are yours to decide — the one thing that does not move is the raw material. It is coconut shell, always
Ash tolerance, fixed carbon, moisture and burn time can be tightened or relaxed against our standard, within what coconut shell can physically deliver.
Hexagonal, pillow and the dimensions within each. Standard sizes as per format, other dimensions produced to order.
PP woven bags, paper bags, printed cartons, boxes with windows or handles. From 2kg retail units up to 25 kg bulk.
Full colour printing to your supplied artwork. Send us the dieline requirement and we return a print-ready specification and a proof before any run starts.
Multiple formats and pack sizes loaded into a single container, sequenced the way your warehouse unloads.
Units per carton, cartons per pallet, palletised or floor-loaded. Set it to suit your warehouse rather than our loading convenience.
Two routes cover most private label programmes. Anything outside them is quoted individually.

You burn a product sample while we send the print-ready dieline for your pack. If you don't have a designer, we can help build the template for you — either way, nothing has to be redrawn later.
We send the design digitally for your review and written sign-off. Nothing goes into a production run until you have approved it.
Packaging printed, product made and batch tested, container loaded with full export documentation. Repeat orders skip straight back to this step.
The numbers most suppliers make you ask for twice. Nothing here is a surprise later in the process.
